French Fries Production Line The production line is manufactured by K&K. It was purchased and dismantled in ***7, but in fact had been used only for two seasons in Switzerland, during the production of French Fries for McCain. - Production capacity: 3, 5 - 4, 5 MT/h, depending on a variety of French fries. - The main units: fryer, trokner and blanching machine – in mint condition, made in ********4. - The line is equipped with a stove for heating and burning oil fumes. The stove is powered by natural gas or fuel oil and includes two burners. A new tank for *0.**0 l. of fuel oil along with a complete system installation is also included. - Other units attached: • tank for peeled potatoes, • longitudinal sorting system (2 units), • optical sorter, • 3 main oil tanks and 2 others placed by the line, • oil filter. - Machinery for peeling and processing raw patotes is not included! The production line is stored on warehouse in Poland.
